2017 Artist Lineup Reveal Video Below

Matt Maher
Headlining AbbeyFest for the third time will be fan favorite Matt Maher. Matt’s currently on tour with Toby Mac and Mandisa among others and you can catch his appearances prior to AbbeyFest at https://www.mattmahermusic.com/#tour-section. Since his 2008 major label debut, Maher has become a staple in the artistic and songwriting community. A five time-GRAMMY® nominee, he has garnered multiple radio successes writing and recording songs like “Lord, I Need You,” “Hold Us Together,” “Christ Is Risen,” “All The People Said Amen” and “Your Grace Is Enough.” Matt has written songs recorded by Chris Tomlin, Crowder, Third Day, Matt Redman, Hillsong, Passion and Meredith Andrews, among others. He has performed and spoken at numerous global high-profile events, including the World Meeting of Families in Philadelphia in 2014 and onstage with Pope Francis in Rio de Janeiro at World Youth Day. According to his website, “Maher has found that while we all come from different backgrounds, amass a range of experiences and even harbor conflicting opinions, the one thing that always binds us together is our humanity. ‘It’s the sinful side of me that helps me identify with other broken people and not see myself as better. Christianity doesn’t make me better than anybody else,’ he contends. ‘The process of being transformed is sometimes a really messy process. When you can remember how far off you were when God found you, your own conversion stands as a testimony to God and mercy, but it also gives you a way to relate to other people.’ After all, we were created by a loving God who designed us for a greater purpose. We are each on the pilgrimage of searching out that purpose, being transformed, saints and sinners.” Join AbbeyFest as we welcome him back once again.

Corrie Marie (feat. OLPH Worship Team)
Corrie Marie is a singer/songwriter and worship leader from Baltimore, MD. Among the many entries from across the country, she and her worship team were the first-place winners of the David Initiative Contest, giving them the opportunity to share the stage at this year's AbbeyFest. Her debut album is coming Spring 2018 and will be on pre-order at AbbeyFest. This collection of songs blend reflections on the human experience with the ever present hope rooted in the person of Christ. She will be highlighting her upcoming album as well as leading us in prayerful song to kick off AbbeyFest 2017. Joining her onstage is the OLPH Worship Team from her home parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Ellicott City, MD.
